If you missed our tease a couple days ago about this figure you’re in luck as Hasbro (via StarWars.com) has officially revealed their 6″ Black Series George Lucas figure as part of the Lucasfilm 50th Anniversary celebration.

ShopDisney now has in stock their shared POTF2 Black Series exclusives featuring Han Solo, Luke Skywalker and Greedo – priced at $24.99 each.

A few months ago, a listing for an exclusive Black Series figure surfaced at Target with the code name “Libra“. Since then, we’ve seen various Black Series figures released on commemorative cardback for the Lucasfilm 50th Anniversary. A bit of new information surfaced and it is possible that this figure is Boba Fett. It is known which Fett sculpt will be used but with the recent release of the new ROTJ figure that may be the most appropriate considering the what was releases for POTF2. It is also unknown if this will be on the orange or green card back. I suspect green to go with the recent Princess Leia Organa (Yavin 4) announcement.

Hasbro has announced today that in 2022, Walmart will be receiving a series of exclusive Vintage Collection figures comprising of previous releases repainted as a Lucasfilm 50th Anniversary tribute to the original Clone Wars 2-D Animated Series. For more details check out StarWars.com

Revealed today via our friends at From 4LOM to Zuckuss, Hasbro Pulse and ShopDisney will offering starting tomorrow, preorders for 3 new Lucasfilm 50th Anniversary Commemorative 6″ Figures replicating the POTF2 line from 1995. Figures include Greedo “Spoon”, Han Solo “Fork” and Luke Skywalker. Preorders open at 1pm EDT.

It was a pretty good day for Hasbro as they dropped a lot of official announcements for the Black Series and Vintage Collection with preorders for most starting tomorrow at 1pm ET.

Today was a huge day for many collectors in search of the new 6″ Black Series Clone Wars figures at Target. We received and read dozens of reports of them being found up and down the coasts and through the midwest. Don’t pay scalper prices.
