KANSAS CITY, Mo. (Sept. 4, 2015) \u2014 As excitement builds for the Dec. 18 release of\u00a0Star Wars: The Force Awakens<\/em>, Hallmark announces new products coming to Hallmark retailers and\u00a0Hallmark.com<\/a>\u00a0featuring heroes and villains from the new film.<\/p>\n

Hallmark Keepsake Ornaments, itty bittys\u00ae plush characters and Cubeez stacking boxes, as well as greeting cards, gift wrap and gifts inspired by the latest additions to the\u00a0Star Wars<\/em>\u00a0saga will become available beginning next month, expanding Hallmark’s lines of\u00a0Star Wars<\/em>products already popular with fans of all ages.<\/p>\n

“It’s an exciting time with\u00a0Star Wars<\/em>\u00a0fans preparing to see their new and classic characters back on the big screen,” says Christine Taylor of Hallmark Licensing. “We’ve created a great line-up of products to extend and complement the movie-going experience for longtime fans as well as new ones, and we can’t wait to share them.”<\/p>\n

The Force Awakens<\/em>\u00a0slate from Hallmark kicks off Oct. 3 when the\u00a0Kylo Ren<\/strong>\u00a0branded ornament joins the ranks of other\u00a0Star Wars<\/em>\u00a0Keepsake Ornaments on Keepsake Ornament Debut weekend. The chrome-armored\u00a0Captain Phasma<\/strong>\u00a0ornament will become available as a Keepsake Ornament in time for Hallmark’s Holiday Open House event starting Nov. 6.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0Kylo Ren<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Rey<\/strong>\u00a0itty bittys plush characters will be available at the end of November. A special edition version of one of these characters will be available in December.<\/p>\n

Cubeez, Hallmark’s character-based metal boxes to fill, stack and collect, will appear in Hallmark Gold Crown\u00ae stores as a four-piece collector set bearing likenesses of round\u00a0Droid BB-8<\/strong>, as well as the characters\u00a0Rey<\/strong>,\u00a0Kylo Ren<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Captain Phasma<\/strong>. Other new gift items inspired by the movie include mugs and drink coasters.<\/p>\n

Greeting cards for all occasions will feature characters and spacecraft from\u00a0Star Wars: The Force Awakens<\/em>, and will be available for sending this fall.<\/p>\n

Additional Christmas ornaments, including decorative ball sets and sculpted figures of new\u00a0Star Wars<\/em>\u00a0characters, will be available this fall at participating Hallmark retailers nationwide.<\/p>\n
