There are strong rumors swirling that a movie based on <em>Knights of the Old Repub<\/em>lic (KOTOR) is in the early stages of development! <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buzzfeednews.com\/article\/kateaurthur\/new-star-wars-movie-knights-of-the-old-republic\">Buzzfeed News<\/a> has an exclusive report that according to 3 sources, Laeta Kalogridis (whose work includes <em>Altered Carbon<\/em>, <em>Shutter Island, Terminator Genisys<\/em>) is writing the screenplay.<\/p>\n<p>Kathleen Kennedy, was tightlipped when asked at Star Wars Celebration about a potential film or series saying only that &#8220;we are developing something to look at&#8221;. With the built-in Expanded Universe fan base that the KOTOR series has, this should be a no-brainer.<\/p>\n<p>What do you think, should there be a KOTOR film or series of films?
