Early this year<\/a>, we posted word that Hasbro would be adding speeder bikes to the Epic Hero Series<\/strong> for 2024 and I managed acquire the first of two sets from Walmart<\/strong>. There is a lot of new here and not just the vehicle. Click on through for this first (unofficial) look.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

First things first, it appears that Hasbro has rebranded the 4″ Epic Hero Series<\/strong> with new name “Epic World of Action<\/strong>“. The packaging is very much still in the vein of the Epic Hero Series just a new logo\/name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A stated previously, the speeder bike<\/strong> is all-new featuring clear, rolling wheels to simulate a hover effect, posable steering control arms, pivoting foot pedals with pegs (not compatible with TVC), and a removable cannon (with firing projectile) that can be attached to either side of the the bike or between the control arms.<\/p>\n\n\n

The Mandalorian<\/strong> figure features a good amount of articulation including ball hinged shoulders, elbows, knees, barbell hipsand swivel neck. He wears his full beskar armor with cape and includes the Darksaber. Mando also has a hole in each gauntlet to accept other accessories (not included) and has the hole in the back for the jetpack (also not included).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Overall, a nice entry level toy for the price and allows for immediate play right from the packaging – perfect for the younger collector or the kid in all of us. Look for the Scout Trooper with Speeder Bike<\/strong> soon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
