I think Hasbro<\/strong> needs to get a better handle on year end order fulfilling of future Haslab<\/strong> campaigns. There are still people who have yet to receive theirs and I think we can all share in the sentiment that it is unacceptable<\/strong>. Here is an open plea for Hasbro to \u201cright the ship\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

To whom it may concern: it has come to my attention, and painfully experienced by others, that there is a percentage of collectors that have yet to receive the Haslab TVC Ghost<\/strong> via Hasbro Pulse\/FedEx<\/strong>. I think most collectors will agree that shipping once in the hands of the provider is out of Hasbro\u2019s control. That said, there should be some responsibility or at least concern shown by Hasbro when delays have been extended well past the original estimated date (fall 2024). In today\u2019s Hasbro Pulse fanstream (Jan. 22, 2024), it appeared that the brand team is unaware of the issue at hand. In essence it was \u201cif you don\u2019t have yours yet, I don\u2019t know why\u201d and if they are aware, it probably would have been better not to address the matter at all. If future Haslabs hope to be successful, customer satisfaction should be the utmost priority, no matter how few are affected by this issue. I\u2019ve heard several stories regarding the lack of communication for this campaign ranging from little-to-no notification of shipping and fluctuating delivery dates which lead to taking multiple days off work to be present to sign to the delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We as collectors through the funding of these campaigns each year, make a substantial financial commitment (albeit voluntary) in hope that we get what we ordered and receive it close to the delivery estimate. Of course there are external factors that can obviously come in to play – nature disaster (fires) or extreme weather (the recent Arctic temps) – but again that\u2019s where communication is crucial. Whether it being from the company (Hasbro dba Hasbro Pulse<\/em>) officially or through its brand ambassadors, marketing executive or public relations partner, a concerted effort must be made. I also hope that internal factors are being addressed to avoid a repeat of the delays for this year\u2019s campaign and beyond – the biggest factor being the release\/distribution of such a product during the busiest time of the year for most participanting countries – the holiday season. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I hope that these concerns are taken to heart and changes are implemented for the continued success of Haslab. Collectors want these to work but if given too many reasons to worry about execution, clouded I fear the future success of Haslabs will be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
