It happened because there is such a small section between his elbow joint and his swivel forearm joint. I grabbed ahold of his forearm not realizing the pressure I was afflicting on the forearm pin and snap. So now when bending Ackbar’s elbow I am sure to grasp the section between the elbow and forearm.

I’m gonna take it back for sure, ironic that it happened to the TVC Ackbar too. 🙂

Sorry to hear that bro. If I were you I would take it back. I actually had that happen to me once. Ironically, it was the TVC Admiral Ackbar. As soon as I got him out of the package I bent his arm at the elbow and his forearm snapped off. I took it back and got a refund.

Thanks. I’ve only been to that location once. It’s kinda out of the way. It was months ago before any Rogue One stuff had hit and I have to say it was a sad sad sight. The Star Wars section was just scraps with other toy lines bleeding into the section. There were more toys thrown about and piled up than there were pegged. I haven’t seen such a pathetic display since the dark days of 2014.

I found Ackbar two days ago, I was really excited until I opened him, tried to bend his right knee and then SNAP, his knee broke right off….

Sweet. The Hayden Meadows Walmart (over by Delta Park) has a bunch of the previous waves in stock, so if you need Phsama, Ahsoka, TFA Leia, TFA Han, Ackbar, they were all there. (just not ERG)

Duh! It was there the whole time. Thanks! I didn’t really believe they would have packed these new figures 6 each per case. My local store must have gotten in 2 cases.

Thanks for the hot tip Theater Geek! Because of your post, I stopped in at Walmart on 82nd on my way home from work. To my great surprise they had stocked what looked to be 2 cases of the Rogue One wave! Scored myself 2 Death Troopers and a Jyn. I left the other 2 Death Troopers and 5 Jyns for the next collector or kid. I must say, I’ve never seen this many TBS 3.75″ figures on the pegs at one time since the old days of carded The Black Series.
