Sideshow once again double dips on a previous release and re-issues their 1:6 Scale Bossk figure now with a “new movie-accurate portrait”. If you own the first ($159.99) this new sculpt will cost $50 more.

Following the release of the Shock Trooper 1/6th scale collectible figure from the popular game EA Star WarsBattlefront, Hot Toys is delighted to continue to expand the Video Game Masterpiece series and officially present the 1/6th scale collectible figure of Jumptrooper as one of this year’s Toy Fair Exclusive items.

Sideshow has updated their blog revealing the details surrounding their new version of the IG-88 Sixth Scale figure. This version features a new movie accurate paint scheme, three newly sculpted concussion grenades, fabric bandolier, BlasTech E-11 Blaster, and DLT-20A Blaster Rifle. Preorder open this afternoon for $199.99.

Looks like Sideshow is dipping back into the vault to re-issue their impressive IG-88 Sixth Scale figure. It is unknown at this time if it is a straight re-release or (probably) a tweak to the previous model and without the deluxe illuminated display base. Look for an official preorder announcement soon.
Toy Ark has alert us to news that Hot Toys is releasing a Special Edition/Exclusive 1:6 Scale Gold Chrome Stormtrooper as part of their Movie Masterpiece line. It is speculated that this figure will receive a release similar to last year’s Copper Chrome Stormtrooper. Look for an official announcement and preorder soon.
Sideshow Collectibles has started sending out notifications to those that preordered their 1:6 Scale Jawas Figure Set. Look for this to start charging to accounts and shipping in about two weeks.
