The mystery figure code named “Santa Fe” is from the upcoming animated series The Bad Batch. The figure is described simply as an dark gray Phase II Elite Trooper (new clone body) with green visor. They can be briefly seen at the 00:40 mark in the newest trailer accompanying an unknown clone commander.
