Chapter 11 of The Mandalorian has officially aired and WOW did it deliver! Directed by Bryce Dallas Howard, this episode concludes the journey of “Frog Lady” and her brood but The Mandalorian continues his search for more Mandalorians – who find him first. The episode is loaded with references to previous eras of Star Wars and confirms some BIG rumors of where the direction of the show was said to be headed. Today officially marked the end of The Clone Wars and it did not disappoint and it exceeded expectations for most. When we were younger, we always wanted to know what happened during The Clone Wars as referenced by Obi-Wan Kenobi in A New Hope and now we have our definitive answer through amazing storytelling, visuals and music. The series came a long way in not only effects but in how fans received the show and in the end, cemented itself as an essential part of the Star Wars mythos.

The Clone Wars makes its return today with the new Season 7 episode “The Bad Batch” on Disney+. This episode is an exciting return to form with gorgeous animation and sound plus we get a finished look at Clone Force 99.
Now if we could only get Hasbro to commit to supporting this series again with action figures that continue their previously establish aesthetic.

Season 1 of The Mandalorian has come to a close with the dramatic final episode: Redemption. Overall the first season was a rousing success and as become a favorite of new and old fans alike. Feel free to discuss all episodes of this season and where you think season 2 will be headed in Fall 2020.
Until then, I suggest re-familiarizing yourself with events of The Clone Wars and Star Wars Rebels which have story lines tied directly to the final episode.
