Funko has announced that in addition to their Re-Action line of 3-3/4″ figures from properties like Alien, Firefly, Goonies, they have revealed they will also be debuting a 6″ “Legacy” scale (similar to Hasbro’s Black Series line) as well. Click on through for the announcement and look for the unveiling at Toy Fair in 2014.
Funko has also announced a new Star Wars BOXOS papercraft two-sided display featuring the Bespin Carbon Freezing Chamber and Gantry. Now before you dismiss this out of hand, the figures included with the display are about 4″ tall each, so you may be able to use it as an action figure display for Hasbro, LEGO or Kubrick figures (the last two being more appropriate stylistically). I plan on picking up a set when they are available to test out.
