In particular, a focus on what so many of us encounter when we walk into a retail store, planning to spend some money on the brand, but just can’t find anything we want. And of course, the price hike to $12.99 that many outlets now charge for The Black Series.

Forum member Jodo has posted another good read on his blog about the issues the Star Wars fan base is dealing with, this time focusing on the action figure price increases that appear to be looming across the hobby, and have already impacted Target (well, maybe not so much yet because retailers rarely stock anything anymore that the Star Wars market wants anyway).

Remember what it was like to actually look forward to walking into a retail store and know you had a fair chance at finding a Star Wars item you actually wanted to buy? Remember when Hasbro was more creative and able to interest kids with their toys? Do you recall the pre-2012 disaster with Hasbro, when they were doing an effective job at managing the Star Wars brand?
