For collectors curious about whether or not there was going to be a Hallmark exclusive ornament at Gold Crown Stores next month I received official confirmation from customer service saying the following:
We are very sorry, but unfortunately we do not have a Star Wars Keepsake ornament available this year for Ornament Premiere, Debut or Holiday Open House.

Hallmark has updated their site with their 2014 Dreambook of Keepsake Ornaments which feature 6 new ornaments including, Yoda (Peekbuster), The Rise of Darth Vader, Sandcrawler, Scout Trooper, LEGO Boba Fett and the Cantina Band. They also reveal, via press release, this year’s convention/event exclusive ornament – The Wampa – complete with velvety flocking.

In honor of the 40th Anniversary of Hallmark Keepsake Ornaments, Hallmark is presenting Christmas Tree Tidbits, which include a variety of facts and stats about the beloved tradition of decorating Christmas trees. One of the graphics features Yoda and Star Wars themed Keepsake Ornaments. Which has now reached an impressive (most impressive) 98 ornaments.

Just a reminder that this weekend (July 13-14) is the Keepsake Ornament Premiere and Hallmark Gold Crown stores. Along with all of the general release items, be sure not to miss out on this year’s Limited Edition Boushh ornament.

Hallmark has posted their annual Dream Book showcasing the 2013 Keepsake ornaments. Click the image above to check out an exclusive high res image of the Star Wars offerings this year which include Jango Fett, AT-ST Walker, Wicket & Teebo, Jabba the Hutt w/C-3PO and a LEGO Star Wars Yoda.
These Keepsake Ornaments are also joined by the Event Exclusive “Wrath of the Rancor” ornament available only at SDCC and NYCC as reported by JediNews.
Two new Keepsake ornaments will be available today at select Hallmark Gold Crown stores during their Keepsake Ornament Debut. Look for the Darth Vader Peekbuster and the LEGO Imperial Stormtrooper.
Here is a quick gallery of this year’s Limited Edition Momaw Nadon Ornament from Hallmark available today. As you can see, the detailing on this is superb and is scaled in such a way that it would look great in a Hasbro Cantina diorama if you were so inclined.
