Today, Funko revealed 4 new POP! Concept Series Bobbleheads for their Star Wars line. As you can see, they are wonderful representations of Ralph McQuarrie’s iconic inital designs for these characters. Han Solo, Stormtrooper with Lightsaber and the Snowtrooper are available now for preorder at sponsor Entertainment Earth while the variant Stormtrooper with Lightsaber and Shield is a Funko.com Exclusive (not yet available).
Funko is diving into more Expanded Universe/Legends POP!s according to this list sent to us by Damian J. : Starkiller from TFU, Darth Nihilus from KOTOR and Boss from Republic Commando should be up for preorder in the not to distant future.

Funko has official revealed a slew of new POP! figures from The Mandalorian. The sculpt for each figure continue to improve with each subsequent wave and the character selection is spot on as well. Click on through to check them out.
Yesterday, official imagery for the standard and 10″ POP!s for The Asset (aka “Baby Yoda) from The Mandalorian was revealed. Look for these sometime in early 2020.
@MayTheFunkoBWY on Twitter shared the above behind the scenes video of thousands of unsold Funko products (Smuggler’s Bounty boxes and others) being destroyed rather than recycled or donated to charities. It is unknown where this is taking place or if Funko is directly aware.
As a long time supporter and promoter, this is hugely disappointing. Funko needs to address this situation before it irrevocably damages the brand and its shareholders.
