As 2018 draws to a close, I continue to research and scour the interwebs for clues of upcoming product from Hasbro for the new year. Our unpublished 2019 list is growing rapidly and recently I came across a new listing for a potential exclusive for April’s Star Wars Celebration Chicago.

Let me be fully transparent, I have NO IDEA who/what it is at this moment, all I have is a Hasbro product SKU, generic name, price and a screen shot (not going to share those particulars yet) – all of which point to a probable 6″ figure. 2019 has a lot of potential for exclusives. Episode IX will be released a year from now but I think April will be way too early to see product from that. My bet is that since The Phantom Menace will be 20 years old, and that there are a lot of 6″ prequel figures front loaded in the new year already, that may be a good bet.

But who? A Darth Maul refresh via Photo Real? He was the poster boy for Episode I after all so that seem like a no-brainer. A young Obi-Wan Kenobi? Possibly (read in Obi-Wan voice), considering the rumored Padawan coming mid-2019 and we all know Hasbro loves to double dip on new sculpts.
