Based on several posts via Facebook, Instagram and eBay, it appears that our intel was correct in that collectors can expect to be able to acquire both waves 16 and 17 of the 6″ Black Series assortment for the Solo: A Star Wars Story launch in April. Reports also confirm the case breakdown that we reported as well.
A few new images have turned up online via Facebook and eBay and today we get another look at Han Solo, Range Trooper, and Lando Calrissian from Solo: A Star Wars Story as well as shots of the renamed Death Star Trooper (note the new Photo Real face) and Jawa. Sadly, no Grand Moff Tarkin. Click on through for individual images of each.

The newest case assortment of 6″ Black Series figures including DJ (Canto Bight), Rey (Island Journey), Captain Rex (new face tech) and the repacks of Captain Phasma, First Order Stormtrooper (TFA), Lando Calrissian and the Royal Guard have started to hit eBay. Look for preorders for these figures to open in a little over a week’s time.
A new eBay listing confirms our news from last month that the Force Link Emperor Palpatine will not only be available in the Target Exclusive Return of the Jedi 3pk., but available as a single card release as well.

Two rumored figures from the 3.75″ Teal assortment wave 2 have hit eBay. A simple search for “the last Jedi Yoda” and “the last Jedi obi-wan” will give you a better look.
It was inevitable but as we come closer to Force Friday more and more items are starting to hit retail and now eBay. A simple search for “2017 Star Wars Black Series” will yield confirmation of Wave 2’s figures. Now the question is: what will their availability be like come September 1? We shall see…. we shall see.

In-hand images of the retail versions of Luke Skywalker’s X-34 Landspeeder and Grand Admiral Thrawn (#47) have started hitting eBay via an eBay seller in Canada. Keep an eye out for these on shelves on Force Friday 2 in a couple weeks.
