We received a report that Walmart has purchased much of the remaining stock from Toys”R”Us here in the U.S. and is planning on having a special reset to offer items in stores. No word if this includes exclusive items like the 6″ Captain Phasma (Quicksilver Baton), Zuckuss and the like, but it is not out of the realm of possibility. Hopefully this will all be cleared up at SDCC.

Last year there was word that there were small creature accessory sets (Ewoks and Porgs) coming to the Forces of Destiny line. Due to the overall performance of the line, many thought that these wouldn’t see the light of day. Surprisingly, Hasbro has announced via CNET that the Porgs will be available as part of an exclusive set – packed with Chewbacca of course – and heading to SDCC. ($49.99)

Target’s Exclusive 6″ Black Series Luke Skywalker (Ahch-To Island) has now been marked down 50% to $14.98 in some locations as I found this morning at my local store (Plymouth, MN). As always, your mileage may vary in finding similar discounts in your area.
Well, it looks it our initial report of the Vintage Collection wave 2 was accurate after all as Robot Kingdom has posted the case assortment breakdown. 3 new figures will be issued in this wave: Han Solo, Enfys Nest, Imperial Combat Tank Driver plus a repack Death Trooper from Walmart’s exclusive TBS line and finally, 4 peg roasting carry forwards consisting of Kylo Ren, Rey, Supreme Leader Snoke and First Order Stormtrooper. A couple months ago we saw the tease of the upcoming Han Solo and Chewbacca Toybox figures from the Disney Store. Now, a report from Fantha Tracks has revealed a third figure on the pamphlet included with the new Marvel Ant-Man figure: Yoda!
Super7 has just revealed a new SDCC Exclusive figure from their ReAction Figure line that mashes-up the Alien franchise with Star Wars with the Alien Hammerhead Tribute Xenomorph Action Figure. It comes with a tribute Alien coin and a vintage-like card back. Price $15 and available at Booth #4945
New details for the illusive (at least in the US) 6″ Black Series Gamorrean Guard have been light since that original internal date of June 1 came and went. It now appears that mid-July is the new “target” time frame for its release. RC from Phoenix was told that his particular store has this specifically en route for July 14? Your mileage may vary, but we’ll definitely report when the first one turn up on shelf.
