A source has passed on to us Wal-Mart’s shelf planogram for the upcoming reset for Force Friday. These documents were left in plain sight in store and not obtained through swindle, subterfuge or nefarious means. There are some interesting confirmations revealed on the pages, especially the pegs allotted for 3.75″ Black Series figures for The Force Awakens. NEW Aisle Shippers Hitting Walmart
Corey from The Wolfpack Podcast sends along this image from a Facebook group showing new aisle shippers hitting the floors at Walmart. Based on the merchandising planogram I’ve seen, these feature the same design that will be in the aisle and overhead awnings of Walmart for Force Friday and beyond.
Disney Infinity Star Wars Rebels Figures To Be Retailer Exclusive, Initially
A report from Infinity Inquirer has posted that each of the four Star Wars Rebels characters (Kanan, Ezra, Sabine and Zeb) revealed recently will initially be exclusive to 4 separate retailers as part of a timed release.
Kanan (Walmart)
Ezra (Toys”R”Us)
Sabine (Target)
Zeb (GameStop)
They also go on to say that after a few weeks, they should all be available where Disney Infinity figures are sold.

UPDATE 2: Star Wars: The Digital Movie Collection Coming to Vudu?
We’ve been wondering for a while what the deal is with Hasbro’s Digital Release Commemorative sets, well wonder no more as we can now confirm that the Star Wars saga is coming via digital release through Vudu.com. The url (vudu.com/starwars) is currently inactive, but Walmart is now displaying marketing with the announcement stating an April 10 availability. Click the image above for a closer look.

Twitter follower The Plastic Empire has shared with us a find at his Canada Walmart – all 6 of the Digital Commemorative Release sets from Hasbro. They are priced there at 29.99CD. The packaging is well done but the contents leave something to be desired.
Wal-Mart Awakens
Tonight I swung by Wal-Mart, and questioned why I even waste my time there anymore. But to my surprise, I walked by the pallets and saw a fresh case of Wave 1 Rebels figures. Perhaps this is an isolated chance of dumb luck, but I’m sure we’ll be seeing other similar reports soon – so it may be worth your while to add Wal-Mart back to your occasional toy runs… because this toy run dry spell can’t last forever.
Post-Christmas Clearances at Retail
Now that the dust is starting to settle following the Christmas rush, retailers are beginning to mark down some items in the toy section as they prepare for the new year.
Among the items being cleared out is the Target exclusive Shadow Squadron set, being spotted at many Target stores for $35.00. Wal-Mart is also slashing prices on the Jakks Pacific 31″ figures, down to $20.00. We’ve even seen a report of the 31″ Vader being found at Target for as low as $5.00 and some of the Target exclusive Hot Wheels sets being marked down too.

6″ Black Series Wave 6 Hitting Retail
