First Look: Epic World of Action The Mandalorian & Speeder Bike

Early this year, we posted word that Hasbro would be adding speeder bikes to the Epic Hero Series for 2024 and I managed acquire the first of two sets from Walmart. There is a lot of new here and not just the vehicle. Click on through for this first (unofficial) look.

First things first, it appears that Hasbro has rebranded the 4″ Epic Hero Series with new name “Epic World of Action“. The packaging is very much still in the vein of the Epic Hero Series just a new logo/name.

A stated previously, the speeder bike is all-new featuring clear, rolling wheels to simulate a hover effect, posable steering control arms, pivoting foot pedals with pegs (not compatible with TVC), and a removable cannon (with firing projectile) that can be attached to either side of the the bike or between the control arms.

The Mandalorian figure features a good amount of articulation including ball hinged shoulders, elbows, knees, barbell hipsand swivel neck. He wears his full beskar armor with cape and includes the Darksaber. Mando also has a hole in each gauntlet to accept other accessories (not included) and has the hole in the back for the jetpack (also not included).

Overall, a nice entry level toy for the price and allows for immediate play right from the packaging – perfect for the younger collector or the kid in all of us. Look for the Scout Trooper with Speeder Bike soon.
