Just in time for the new product roll out, Toys”R”Us is having a Buy 2, get 1 FREE sale on ALL of their Star Wars action figures (yes, that includes the Vintage line)! With the stores resetting as we speak, now’s the time to hit those stores.
Remember, if you’ve recently purchased several qualifying items, head in for a price adjustment. And don’t forget those Hasbro coupons!
Kubrick DX 4 has been officially released by Medicom Toy this week and with that news comes word from Instinctoy’s blog that one of the chases for this set is an Imperial Naval/Stormtrooper Officer. If history is any indicator, expect this one to “command” high prices on eBay as well.
UPDATE: The second chase as been revealed: The black Imperial astromech R2-Q5. Collectors of this line may remember that R2-Q5 was available previously in an exclusive box set back on 2004, only this time, he is the 2 leg configuration instead of the three-legged version.
You’ve all seen the increases. First $8.99, then $9.99, then $10.99. Now Target in Walnut Creek, CA has their Vintage Collection figures at a soul crushing $11.99 each! Who doesn’t want to pay that for a Qui-Gon repack?
Want to know the price point for the MTT? How about the Target DPCI? Well you’re in luck. As of this writing, Target has a listing for the “Star Wars Droid Carrier” with a price of $129.99 and the DPCI is 087-06-0846.
Jedi Temple Archives, who have been at the tip of the spear in confirming the MTT Droid Carrier revealed by Hasbro at the UK Toy Fair, has posted a packaging mockup for this beast. Head on over to take a look!
