In the announcement video for the Episode VII Force for Change Campaign, we get our first look at a new alien species to appear in the film. It looks very much like a return to the roots of Star Wars where physical characters, traditional makeup and puppetry will get the spotlight.
Star Wars Storyboards: The Original Trilogy collects over 1,200 storyboards for the first time ever. As seen in this debut trailer, they were an essential part of the filmmaking process, helping visualize A New Hope, The Empire Strikes Back, and Return of the Jedi — including the Death Star trench run, the Battle of Hoth, and Luke Skywalker’s final duel with Darth Vader and the Emperor.
Star Wars Storyboards: The Original Trilogy features a foreword by Joe Johnston, an introduction by Nilo Rodis-Jamero, and exclusive commentary by Joe Johnston, Nilo Rodis-Jamero, Alex Tavoularis, Paul Huston, and Dave Carson.

Empire Online (coincidence?) as posted the teaser trailer for Star Wars Rebels that aired today exclusively on Good Morning America. It looks awesome – – I can’t wait for the series to start! Watch for the full trailer to air May 4th on Disney XD.
