Customizing perfectionist Evilivo has shared several custom updates over the past few months in our forums, including a group of Phase II Clone Troopers that exemplify exactly how Hasbro needs to approach these army builders should they ever bring clone grunts back into circulations in the 3.75″ scale. Notice how the helmets are not oversized buckets that detract from the figure. Check out his update after the jump!
Personal Note: Nothing Hasbro did from 2010-2012 annoyed me more than the oversized bucket helmets they used on the spectacular VC45 mold Clone Trooper body. Why put such horrible helmets on such a great body? Hasbro admitted as much with our friends at Jeditemplearchives a few years ago… hopefully someday we will see some sort of definitive 3.75″ box set like what is currently being offered in the 6″ scale (or single carded figures, but I wouldn’t hold one’s breath).
A few days ago, Robot Kingdom posted a new case assortment of 3.75″ figures featuring a mix of Rogue One and Rebels characters that included Fenn Rau (Star Wars Rebels), Imperial Death Trooper Specialist (Rogue One), Admiral Raddus (Rogue One), Shoretrooper (Rogue One), Galen Erso (Rogue One) and Lieutenant Sefla (Rogue One). We have intel that this case is being cancelled.
Now, before the requests for Hasbro to be decimated from low orbit (like Scarif Citadel), we have heard that the figures themselves are not cancelled, so it just may be that the case assortment (figures included and number of each) is different than originally set. More as this develops….
On Episode 62 of The Chris Moyles Show on Radio X Podcast. Forest Whitaker himself refers to seeing 3 figures of his Saw Gerrera character, one from Rogue One (as part of the Jedha Revolt 4 pack), the Funko POP! figure and one from the animated series (Star Wars Rebels) which he misidentifies as The Clone Wars. Hear it for yourself at the 51:50 timestamp.
Twitter follower Matthew Brando reports finding the Hasbro AT-ACT now at $89.98 at his Target. Continue to use 087-06-5475 to find the best price in your area.
Since the figure was revealed back in July 2016, collectors have voiced their concern about the incorrect rank badge given to the Grand Admiral Thrawn figure from Star Wars Rebels. Initial shipments did feature the improper coloration, but now, our friends at From 4-LOM to Zuckuss report a running change which corrects the oversight. Alas, the card art still features the wrong color break.
Both versions are on eBay right now for those that need further confirmation.

Robot Kingdom has listed the next wave of 3.75″ Star Wars Universe figures featuring new figures from Rogue One. This wave consists of Fenn Rau (Star Wars Rebels), Imperial Death Trooper Specialist (Rogue One), Shoretrooper (Rogue One), Admiral Raddus (Rogue One), Galen Erso (Rogue One) and Lieutenant Sefla (Rogue One).
No word yet as to which outfit Galen Erso will be sculpted.
The clearances continue as Target has started to mark down the 6″ Black Series Rogue One 3pk that includes Jyn, Cassian and Death Trooper Specialist. YMMV (Your mileage may vary) but clearances have been found from $41.98 to $29.98 all over the US. You’ll find the biggest discounts in metro areas that have the largest inventories on hand. Good luck and may the force be with you.
It looks like we may possibly see a running change to the upcoming Sergeant Jyn Erso (Imperial Ground Crew Disguise) figure as original solicitation imagery shows her wearing the commandeered helmet, while a new carded image as turned up showing it packaged separately. No official word on whether both will be available or if this is like the 6″ K-2SO “blaster/no blaster” production change.
