EW.com has posted the first look at a painted prototype of Jabba’s Sail Barge. They also reveal that if fully funded, the Barge includes a carded Power of the Force version of Yak Face (the retail version will be issued on a Return of the Jedi-style cardback.) Dark Side Toys has announced that they will be sharing some details soon on what appears to be an option for UK fans to order Hasbro’s most impressive Sail Barge. This could be a big step toward making this project a reality.
Update: Steve Evans himself is endorsing this option for overseas collectors via his personal Instagram account.

Hasbro has revealed an approximation of the box dimensions for the HasLab Sail Barge box*. As you can see, this thing will be huge! With 19 days left, there is still time to reach the 5000 threshold for production.

Hasbro’s crowd funded Sail Barge endeavor could be in trouble as the pace of new backers has stalled significantly over the past week.

The headline says it all. StarWars.com has exclusively revealed today that Hasbro has opened up preorders for backing the HasLab Jabba’s Sail Barge to Canada residents.
So you’ve committed to purchasing Jabba’s Sail Barge*, but that may be the easiest of part of this project as you hopefully want to show off your prize in some sort of display. I’ve seen a lot of cool ideas featured around the web from custom glass cases to repurposed aquariums. We’re asking how are you going to feature this behemoth in your collection?
