Walmart.com has reopened preorders for the exclusive Black Series Scout Trooper (Holiday Edition) figure. Expected to ship mid-Dec. 2022.

Heads up holiday Black Series collectors, it looks like the exclusive Clone Trooper (Holiday Edition) figure has started to hit Disney store locations at Star Wars Trading Post and The Emporium in Disneyland. This shared exclusive will be available for preorder on Hasbro Pulse and ShopDisney on Nov. 1.

You may recall last year we had a look at what was set to be a continuation of the 2020 Holiday Edition Black Series figures, but distribution/production being what it was in 2021, only a handful of unofficiallly announced figures made their way to collectors.
Hasbro today officially annnounced 6 Holiday Edition figures (one of them being new) for 2022. Each has an MSRP of $27.99 and with be available for preorder through various retailers. Retail partners and preorder dates listed below:
First Order Stormtrooper – Amazon 10/25
Scout Trooper – Walmart 11/1
Wookiee – GameStop 11/1
New Clone Trooper (Phase II) – Hasbro Pulse 11/1
Protocol Droid – Fan Channel 11/1

We have rumored that these would be returning for a few months now but we now have our first look at the upcoming second series of Black Series (Holiday Edition) figures from Hasbro. Nothing for these have been officially announced, but what I have been able to determine by using SKU, code name and shipping information, the retailers breakout as follows:
Target – Mandalorian Warrior
Walmart – Scout Trooper
Amazon – Wookiee
GameStop – First Order Stormtrooper
Best Buy – Protocol Droid

According to latest shipping info, the rumored Amazon exclusive Black Series Holiday figure has arrived in the U.S. via the Georgia port. No word yet on its announcement.
Update: a price tag for this figure has been found at BEST BUY in the U.S. so it looks like that will be the retail partner for this exclusive. (Amazon in other markets).
After the listing for the Black Series Holiday figure popped up on a different Amazon sites, I started poking around at other stores and Walmart’s system does register another new figure that is in the same SKU vacinity as the Amazon release. No SKU or price is listed but if it is less than $24.96 I’d be shocked. So that’s two for sure – will we get 3 more like last year?
It appears that in the Amazon Mexico description for the exclusive 6″ Artillery Stormtrooper, they may have accidentally revealed a Wookiee as one of the Black Series (Holiday Edition) figures we teased would be making their return this year.
