Lost in Translation? Yoda Gets Severe Downgrade for TBS

3-3/4″ TBS Yoda Backpack Design Change

Our friends at Jedi Temple Archives have been posting some detailed, in-hand images of the new 3-3/4″ Black Series Dagobah Luke and Yoda figures. In the photography I noticed that the production version of the training backpack now features a side release buckle closure for the chest strap – original images showed a velcro/hook and loop style closure. Hot Wheels Star Wars Cars and Tracks Coming Soon

Confirming Jedi Temple Archives’ original Toy Fair report, Entertainment Earth and Big Bad Toy Store are now taking pre-orders for vehicle and race track assortments of Hot Wheels product. Look for them online and in stores this fall. No images are available yet, but I really hope they make those sweet cars from the 70’s and 80’s like the custom vans and Toyota Celica.
