6″ Black Series General Hux and TIE Fighter Pilot Revealed

6TBS_huxOur friends at JediNews alert us to the reveal of a 6″ Black Series version of First Order General Hux posted on a Polish website, Ekranie. Hidden in there as well is a boxed shot of the 6″ Black Series TIE Fighter Pilot which, as suspected, is different than the Special Forces TIE Pilot packed with the 6″ Black Series Special Forces Elite TIE Fighter.

Limited Edition Admiral Ackbar Keepsake Ornament

Our friends at JediNews have received additional details regarding the Admiral Ackbar Keepsake Ornament from Hallmark. It will be available this year at Gold Crown store at their Ornament Premiere on July 11. Fall 2015 Black Series Line Look Revealed

Our friends at Jedi Temple Archives and Jedi News are on the show floor for Celebration Anaheim’s Preview Night and the have provided a great detailed look at new revamped packaging for the 6″ Black Series. It is 1000X better than the orange and blue versions to be sure. Head on over to their respective sites to check these out as well as carded images of The Black Series.

Another Black Series Packaging Change?

Our friends at JediNews are on the floor at Star Wars Celebration and have been snapping photo of the set up progress. One image caught my eye in particular as it appears that The Black Series is getting a color change again from blue to red and possibly a switch to Chewbacca from the current TIE Pilot. Note the “2015 New Series” text on the side of the display cabinet. You can check out the full image via Instagram or Twitter.

Star Wars-Themed Cruises Sailing Soon?

Ever since Disney’s acquisition of the Star Wars brand, it has been speculated that we’d inevitably see a Star Wars-themed Disney cruise. Our friends Mark and James from JediNews wrote about this recently for Metro News, but now a tweet from Attractions Magazine virtually confirms the rumor.

Digital Release Commemorative Collection Details

Following up on JediNews’ reveal of the Digital Release Commemorative Collection sets, Andrew’s Toyz has posted via Facebook new loose and boxed images of these packs. Some of the details have changed since first announced as Padmé is now included in the Episode I set (previously thought to include Obi-Wan). Look for release information and pricing to be announced next week at NY Toy Fair.
