According to some new Retro Collection code names I have found, there may be a third Retro Collection wave for this year. We know officially that there is the Return of the Jedi wave and we also know of a second wave rumored to be from the Ahsoka series. The source material for this new group of 7 code names is currently unknown but one may guess they could be from The Mandalorian season 3.
Hasbro has announced their next Star Wars Fanstream for new Vintage Collection and Black Series announcements/reveals will be held on February 1 at 11am ET. Word on the holonet is there will be a lot of complaining and pitting the scales against each other.
Sponsor Entertainment Earth has listed on their Drop Zone page a teaser for an upcoming preorder in February. The language “enlist” and “batch” seems to suggest something The Bad Batch related and will likely be the Vintage Collection Hunter from the already solicited TVC Wave 15 with Cassian Andor (Aldhani Mission) and Cal Kestis (Jedi Survivor). No word on if there will be anything else dropping that day but we will update when/if we learn more. Thanks to bac for the heads up.
Update: I’m reminded of the fact that there was a Black Series Omega from Season 2 pipelined back in October for MCM Comic Con, so she could be possible preorder as well.
Today we’ve acquired two new Deluxe Vintage Collection code names for figures coming in 2023: “Baytown” and “Bethany”. Priced $27.99 each, one may be Krrsantan from The Book of Boba Fett, the other is thought to be from a Disney+ series.
We’ve added these to the updated 2023 Master List for future reference.

Amazon has started to send out updated shipping notifications for the Vintage Collection Dark Troopers and collectors who preordered can start to expect to receive them next week.

California retailer ToyHideout has posted in-hand images of the recently announced Vintage Collection Endor Bunker, Deluxe Paz Vizsla and the Black Series Scorch Gaming Greats figure. Hopefully we won’t have to wait 4-5 months for these to be filled through preorders.
Two more Target exclusive repaints were revealed today as part of Bring Home the Galaxy as Marvel.com announced two comic-inspired variants for the Vintage Collection Boba Fett.

As part of today’s final Bring Home the Galaxy reveals, Hasbro has announced the rumored/teased Walmart exclusive Vintage Collection ARC Commander Blitz from The Clone Wars. Look for this to go up for preorder tomorrow at 1pm ET.

Amazon has started processing preorders for the ROTJ40 Deluxe Boba Fett and is sending out notifications that some will begin shipping next week. Just in time for Christmas!
