SDCC is almost upon us and we’re that much closer to getting some “official” confirmations of upcoming products we’ve been revealing for this year and beyond. That said, I ran a few UPC through my local Target scanners and snapped a couple images showing that the 6″ Black Series Moloch “Cronos” ($29.99) and 6″ Bespin Leia ($19.99) are showing up in Target’s system (outside of Brickseek). Click the image above for the evidence.

Clearances at Target
Target stores are continuing to lower the prices on select items in The Last Jedi packaging style, including the Return of the Jedi Battle Pack set, for as low as $7.48. As always, your mileage may vary.
Target Exclusive 6″ Black Series Luke Skywalker (Ahch-To Island) 50% Off
Target Exclusive 6″ Gamorrean Guard Release Date Update
New details for the illusive (at least in the US) 6″ Black Series Gamorrean Guard have been light since that original internal date of June 1 came and went. It now appears that mid-July is the new “target” time frame for its release. RC from Phoenix was told that his particular store has this specifically en route for July 14? Your mileage may vary, but we’ll definitely report when the first one turn up on shelf.
Hasbro TLJ Merchandise Clearances at Target
Some Hasbro merchandise for The Last Jedi has started hitting clearance at Target. 50% discounts can be found on products like the Canto Bight Speeder, Resistance A-wing, Kylo Ren’s TIE Silencer, the Exclusive Return of the Jedi Action Figure Set that includes Jedi Luke, Royal Guard and Emperor Palpatine. Your mileage may vary, but swinging down the Star Wars aisle might yield some savings.
Rumor Report: Target Exclusive 6″ Moloch?
Based on some intel and cross-referencing of our recently acquired UPCs from Brickseek, it looks like Target may get yet another exclusive 6″ Black Series figure. Based on the above UPC/DPCI and its code name of “Chronos”, we surmise that it is White Worm member, Moloch. With the figure’s large size, it also slots into a larger price point of $29.99.
Chalk this up as an unconfirmed rumor for now until officially confirmed by Hasbro or when it shows up online, which ever comes first. Info has been added to our Master List as well.
Thanks to BP with the assist on this smuggled information.
Solo Force Link 2 “Class C” TIE Fighter Info
Back in February a leaked image was floating about showing a 3.75″ scale TIE FIGHTER heading to the Force Link 2 line from Hasbro. Surprisingly, it didn’t drop with the release of the first wave of Solo merchandise, but we can now report, thanks to Brickseek, it is coming soon. Slotted in as the first “Class C” vehicle for this line look, the price is expected to be $39.99. Due to the angle of the leaked image, it is unclear if this is the standard TIE or the cool TIE BRUTE that we briefly saw during the pursuit in the maelstrom, but I’d expect the standard TIE configuration based on products already released by Mattel and LEGO. The UPC, DPCI and Walmart SKU have been added to our Master List. Expect to see the first images of this at SDCC (if not sooner).
Look Familiar?
My oh my, what an uninspiring time the retail scene is these days for Star Wars…
5POA for the Solo line is front loaded with non-Solo movie figures, 6″ TBS is a rare store find at all, and TVC has kicked off with carry forwards that Walmart is pushing to the clearance section (hopefully this stops with Wave 2 and we see true peg space dedicated to them).
The only place worth even stopping to check out the Star Wars section at all in my neck of the woods is Target, who at least seems to be trying (but even there, the scene is pretty sad) . How goes it in your area?
Meanwhile, in Mattel’s Jurassic World section…
