Since the the figures have now started hitting, here are the UPCs for the 3.75″ Black Series figures for The Last Jedi. According to the shipping case, the official shelf date for these figures is November 1, 2017.

He has been rumored to be released in this fashion for some time, but was probably delayed to for greater emphasis on the exclusive version.
UPDATE: Here is another preorder listing via Amazon.co.uk. showing him with packaging.
Well this was inevitable. Next month, look for a Rey and Kylo Ren two pack as part of the Forces of Destiny line. No official details are available yet but you can get a glimpse on the Amazon.co.uk site.
