Planet Comicon was held in Kansas City this past weekend, and Marjorie and Arnie were there and on the hunt for toys and autographs! This show saw a rare signing by John Ratzenberger who is mostly known for being a Pixar and Cheers star, but Star Wars fans know he was also Major Bren Derlin on Hoth. With the con having its first three-day convention, listen to find out what you missed and if you should make it a destination in 2015!

Imperial Holocron has posted via Twitter an odd find at 5 Below. Apparently, Celebration IV Exclusive R2-D2 McQuarrie figures have shown up at a Philly, PA store for $5. Weirdness.
Black Series Wave 3 Continues to Arrive
Reports continue to come in (though sporadic) of collectors spotting Wave 3 of the Black Series in greater numbers, across various retailers.
We know that Hasbro’s changing their case assortment ratios moving forward, and more of what we see coming appear to be more “in demand” figures and characters than what we’re used to seeing.
Perhaps we are in for a healthier distribution flow in 2014? Agreed? Or do you see this as just a big tease? Share your thoughts after the jump!
“Space Trees” Playset Update
For those of you who have contributed so far to the “Space Trees” playset campaign, the guys at Twelfth Parsec have already met their campaign funding goal!
