TBS Rumor Report Update: 4 Lucasfilm (Comic-Based) Black Series Figures

As a follow-up to our report from last week, it is rumored that the 3 figures comprising the rest of the Marvel comic-themed fan channel Black Series figures include Princess Leia, Darth Vader (Redeemed) and Sargeant Kreel. Thanks to figurebrian on Instagram for the heads up.

UPDATE: Code names added for each (note, the month names are codes, not their release dates)

Target Exclusive Carbonized Shoretrooper Dump

Target stores in the Midwest are starting to receive the exclusive Carbonized Shoretroopers – some in ridiculous quantities. The above images are from stores in Sun Prairie, WI and Chaska, MN. It’s baffling to comprehend why stores would get this much of a single product while most stores are starved for regular mainline products, let alone exclusives. Meanwhile, preorders are set to process for this figure as well as Paz Vizsla and Scout Trooper on Feb. 27.

Thanks to Adam and Jairo for the images.

TBS Rumor Report: 4 Lucasfilm (Comic-Based) Black Series Figures

With the recent announcement of Black Krrsantan (code name “January”) and the discovery of code name “September” a few weeks ago for the Black Series line, we think we can safely report the preorder of 4 Lucasfilm Publishing figures this year. This would mirror last year’s fan channel release of 4 comic-based sets for Lucasfilm’s 50th Anniversary campaign. Hopefully the remaining 3 will be better received than Black Krrsantan.
