Sideshow Collectibles has officially announced via Twitter that in lieu of offering exclusives at SDCC this year, they will be offering additional exclusive (Sideshow and Hot Toys) products throughout the summer. Gentle Giant has revealed one of their exclusives for this year’s San Diego Comic-Con and it is none other than an Admiral Ackbar mini bust – based upon the artwork created by Steven Daily. This “Magnitude” bust, arrives in a wooden box with a lithograph print from Acme Archives and is limited to 500 pieces.
Action Figure Xpress has announced an exclusive Jumbo Kenner Special Action Figure Set recreating the original “Droid Set” 3 pack from the vintage Kenner line. This set includes R5-D4, Death Star Droid and the Power Droid. It is available now for pre-order for $199.99 and is scheduled for shipment in September. Limited to 500 pieces.
