Target has started sending out preorder notifications for the upcoming excclusive TVC Droids C-3PO. It looks like they will start shipping around the week of Dec. 13-20. The other two (R2 and Fett) should not be too far behind.

I previously speculated that this would be the Shadow Guard based on the artwork used on the Republic Commando packaging.
