UPDATE: Hot Toys Boba Fett (ROTJ) Coming Soon?
Looks like Hot Toys isn’t resting one bit with their newly acquired sixth scale license as blurry images of a new Boba Fett (Return of the Jedi) figure has hit over at the SideshowCollectors forums. This figure looks to have a ton of accessories and display options including a cool severed blaster rifle and skiff base. Click the image above for a closer look and keep your sights locked on as we wait for official confirmation.
UPDATE: Based on the blurry, circular logo and the bottom left of the image, this looks to be a 1/4 scale figure

As stealthy as the announcement itself, Hot Toys has announced their exclusive 1:6 Scale Movie Masterpiece Shadow Trooper (Commander?) figure. Watch for a Sideshow announcement soon regarding preorder info.

Episode 38: Rebels Rebels, Distribution’s A Mess
Our show returns this week as Flyguy and I discuss the latest in Star Wars collecting and just in time. It appears that the drought is lifting as new product is shipping to and being received by collectors. New Black Series, Star Wars Rebels, and Saga Legends/Mission Series are all starting to show up online and in stores. Sideshow comes through huge this past week with a few preorders that are sure to put a dent in the wallet and Bandai again tempts collectors with their expanding line of samurai-themed figures. Episode VII and Star Wars Rebels gets a few hits this week as principal filming has wrapped on the sequel and we now get a clearer understanding of the Inquisitor’s task by way of new Vader footage on a special telecast of Star Wars Rebels: Spark of Rebellion. Sideshow Exclusive Hot Toys Stormtrooper Set Up For Preorder
Sideshow is now taking preorders for the exclusive Hot Toys Movie Masterpiece Stormtrooper set that includes the BONUS Weapon Rack. Scheduled for released in August 2015 this set of two stormtroopers is available now for preorder for $399.99
You can also preorder the regular edition Stormtrooper set ($399.99) or a single Stormtrooper for $199.99
Hot Toys Announces 1:6 Scale Stormtroopers (3 Options To Choose)
Hot Toys has officially taken the wraps off of their Sixth Scale Movie Masterpiece Stormtrooper figure(s). There are a few options available as you’ll be able purchase a single stormtrooper (30cm tall), a Stormtrooper set that includes 2 troopers of varied heights (30cm and 28cm) which also includes a bonus exclusive heavy blaster rifle and mouse droid and a third option (available in select markets) that includes the bonus accessories PLUS a weapon rack.

Images have been hitting the various social media feeds out there but this one in particular is quite interesting. Hot Toys’ Secret Base has on display a couple of licensor-pending sixth scale Stormtroopers but note the different heights? Could we in fact be getting a Han and Luke in Stormtrooper Disguise as well?
