I came across a new code name this week at Target and Walmart for a Black Series item designated “Rushmore“. It’s price is higher than the current MSRP for mainline ($24.99) and deluxe ($33.99) figures at $44.99 so I speculate that this could be for the upcoming Luke Skywalker and Grogu Build Up Pack that was pipelined at the Hasbro Fanstream in February. Of it could be something else entirely. We will update once more is known.
A reminder that preorders* for the Hasbro Pulse exclusive Vintage Collection Boba Fett’s Throne Room will be closing tonight at 11:59:59pm ET. Expected delivery of this set is scheduled for September 2023, preorders may open again as we get closer to that date.

Hasbro Pulse Con gave a nice peek into the future of the Black Series with a few Pipeline Reveals They include from The Book of Boba Fett: Pike Soldier, Cad Bane, and Tusken Chieftain and for the Return of the Jedi 40th Anniversary Collection: Luke Skywalker (Jedi Knight), Darth Vader, and Emperor’s Royal Guard and — finally– an all-new R2-D2! Black Series Roleplay got a couple previews as well with the Luke Skywalker ForceFX Lightsaber and the Clone Trooper (Phase II) Electronic Helmet. Look for all of these in 2023.
Sponsor Entertainment Earth is now taking preorders for the Daimyo Boba Fett Meisho Movie Realization Figure inspired by his look from The Book of Boba Fett. Price is set at $124.99 and expected to release in April 2023.
Above you can see several examples of apparent QC issues with the new Deluxe TVC Boba Fett (Tatooine) figure. From shoddy paint apps to poor assembly to various states of limb loss, paying the exorbitant MSRP for this figure should warrant a better world-building experience.
Hot Toys has officially revealed their 1:6 scale Boba Fett at Deluxe Cad Bane with TODO 360 (also available as a standard release) figures from The Book of Boba Fett. Look for preorders to open soon at SideshowCollectibles.com
