If you are looking for all of the play features for the “rumored” BB-8 2-in-1 Mega Playset, simply search for “the last jedi hasbro” on eBay and sort by newly listed items and you should find a listing that should satiate your curiosity.
Thanks to Corey from First Order Transmissions for the heads-up.
As we gather more info regarding the details of the products for Force Friday’s launch of merchandise for The Last Jedi, let’s continue our look at some of the figures and vehicles and focus on the 6″ Black Series Elite Praetorian Guard.
Reader Johnathon F. writes in with news that he found Rey (Jedi Training) and Finn (Resistance Fighter) figures at a Target in California. Look for these two figures and more on shelves between now and the official release date on September 1.
A closed group on Facebook has posted an image showing the BB-8 2-in-1 Mega Playset has been found at Walmart in Sulphur, Louisiana. The on shelf “clearance” price is set at $178.00. If any of our readers are near that location, we’d love some additional images of the box.
In my excitement for the new playset images, I just now noticed that there is a new Jakks Elite Praetorian Guard figure as well. This is different than the funky helmeted version we’ve seen leaked before. It also happens to be the same design as the 6″ Black Series figure we are getting as well as the one included in the playset.
As we speculated a couple weeks ago, there is a version of the BB-8 2-in-1 Mega Playset that includes the Force Link bracelet. We’ve seen the version without the bracelet leaked via Amazon.es but now you can see the second version in alternate packaging has leaked out and is on-shelf at Target via an Instagram post from ToyThugShow (swipe left on the Instagram image to see it.)
This was on display at SDCC but now we have a great look at the packaging and loose shot of the Black Series Poe Dameron Electronic Helmet courtesy of Amazon.es
They say the eyes are the window to the soul. I’d say that Hasbro is betting on them being a window to your wallet as well as Amazon.es has also leaked the Interactive Porg (“IP Beak”) online. Head on over to check it out while it’s still there.
