New official images of characters from The Mandalorian and Grogu have been released. This set shows off some of the cobbled-together Mercenary Sentry Droid designs. Some decent figure potential here for sure – which is your favorite?

Target has started delivering their exclusive Black Series figure preorders ahead of tomorrow’s official release date so check your mailboxes and doorsteps.
Not surprising but it appears that Embo from The Mandalorian and Grogu will also be making his way into the ActionVerse line as evidenced by a listing on Amazon. Can’t wait to see what is in store for the Vintage Collection and Black Series for this character!

Although we have a few weeks to go before the official release date (March 22), sidekick displays for the First Edition Black Series* figures for The Mandalorian and Grogu have started to pop up at Target. In case you missed the news (or already forgotten about these) the first wave of First Editions include:
01 The Mandalorian & Grogu (Deluxe) – $33.99
02 Imperial Remnant AT-AT Driver – $27.99
03 Imperial Remnant AT-RT Driver – $27.99
04 Colonel Ward – $27.99
05 Imperial Remnant Stormtrooper – $27.99
At the time these were found, they were not street dated but that may have changed. In the U.S. market, these exclusive First Editions will only be available in physical Target and Walmart stores.
*Note: there is nothing unique about these released other than the packaging when compared to their mainline, non-exclusive, counterparts.

The release date for the Target exclusive TBS Remnant Stormtrooper from TM&G has moved up one week from March 29 to March 22.
Amazon has lowered the price on the recently announced Vintage Collection Imperial Remnant Snowtrooper from The Mandalorian and Grogu to $16.99 (reg. $19.99).
Based upon some additional digging, I think I’ve been able to ascertain that there will not only be two Black Series waves dedicated to The Mandalorian and Grogu but BOTH waves will feature First Edition (white box) packaging. Although the mainline figures included in wave 2 are unknown, I believe that Zeb Orrelios (Deluxe), Imperial Remnant Snowtrooper and Embo will be part of it and have First Edition counterparts exclusive to Target and Walmart in the U.S. The other two figures in the wave are still anyone’s guess.
Until then, we will continue researching and speculating. This is the way.
