It looks like the Black Series Battle on Endor boxed set won’t be the only exclusive at Toys”R”Us this year. Rebelscum has posted word that two additional sets are in the works and are in the system at Toys”R”Us in the UK. No details yet other than Cantina Showdown and Jabba’s Rancor Pit but it sounds like we may be getting another shot at some desired TVC figures like Ponda Baba and the Gammorean Guard – but at a price. If these sets are more repacks, do they hold any interest to you, “the collector”?
YodasNews breaks a story today with the reveal of a new Black Series Battle on Endor Battle Pack that includes an AT-ST and several repacked figures. Head on over for a closer look.
At your local store tomorrow (May 3rd) from 12-2pm you can build your own LEGO Star Wars X-Wing Starfighter or TIE Fighter. The event is intended for children (5+) so drag your young one(s) or a neighbor’s kid (with their permission of course) to your local store.
Toys”R”Us has launched a huge sale this week on all Star Wars product ranging from The Black Series to LEGO. Head to your local store to take advantage of savings up to 30%. (Some exclusions apply.)
Toys”R”us locations are marking down quite a few older Star Wars items right now, which includes a variety of items that you’ve probably seen at your store for quite some time. But at 40% off, you may find something worth caving in on. As always your mileage and finds will vary — but if you’ve got a Toys”R”us store in your area, it may be worth your while to swing by and see if you can walk away with a score or two.
Jedi Temple Archives has posted word that the newest wave of The Black Series 6″ figures have been found at Toys”R”Us. This assortment includes Obi-Wan Kenobi, Bespin Luke and the Stormtrooper. The hunt is on!
While you may have a better chance at winning the lottery than finding new Hasbro figures these days, it’s refreshing to know that LEGO Star Wars products continue to arrive at retail at a good pace – and this week, the 2014 sets have started to show up at various retailers. So head on out and see what you can score!
Any store reports of Black Series figures past Wave 1 are far and few between, but when you can score new figures (especially on sale), it’s pretty shocking these days. With the Toys”R”us 30% off sale running this week, and some stores even receiving the latest round of figures, it may be worth your time in stopping by to see if you can walk out with a nice score.
