The 2013 shrunken down “mid-sized” vehicles have begun to show up at Toys”R”us stores and I came across them today in the St. Louis area. They are priced at $21.99.
Not a bad price, but personally it’s hard to get excited by smaller versions of vehicles that we already have… I’d like for Hasbro to realize that much of the problem with the 2012 mid-sized vehicle failure wasn’t the price, it was that everyone already had the vehicles they were trying to push… but enough of the rant, good luck on those toy runs if you’re looking for these!
Toys”R”Us is running another BOGO 50% off sale this week, which is a good buy if you can score TVC figures at this price. Especially since they are the only retailer from my experience over the past year that has consistently stocked figures (sales like this will help do that!).
While news regarding the demise of the B.A.D. line is depressing for many of us, Toys”R”us stores continue to receive shipments of the 2013 deluxe sets – keep up those toy runs if you’re looking to add these to your collection, and good luck!
ToysRUs is having their regular Buy one, get one 50% off sale on most Star Wars items this week. The sale applies to action figures, vehicles, roleplaying items and more. And if you are lucky you just might be able to score a few of the new Class I sets if your store has started stocking them.
Upon doing some last minute Christmas shopping at ToysRUs today, I came across the new LEGO Rancor Set sporting the new Yoda packaging. It retails for $64.99.
Thanks to a tip from Twitter follower @eopieherder, we’ve learned that the MTT is on sale for $50 off today and tomorrow. Your store’s final sale price may vary depending on location, but Anthony found his marked at $129.99. Also, the TVC figures are 2 for $16.
Our friends at Jedi Temple Archives have received advanced notice that the Toys”R”Us exclusive Vintage Millennium Falcon is dropping down to a more reasonable $179.99 next week.
