All TVC Figures Now Street Dated for March 22

This wave has been available to purchases at Target since January 2026.

For some inexplicable dumbass reasoning, Target has now prevented the sales of this now old wave of Vintage Collection figures and has applied a street date for them for March 22. This also happens to be the street date for the new Mandalorian and Grogu products which are starting to his shelves as well. It’s amazing how dysfunctional basic retail sales (especially Target) are when they don’t distinguish old UPCs from new ones and tie to them to one specific DPCI, blocking them all from sales. Idiots.

Intercepted Transmission: Two Waves of TBS First Editions for TM&G?

Based upon some additional digging, I think I’ve been able to ascertain that there will not only be two Black Series waves dedicated to The Mandalorian and Grogu but BOTH waves will feature First Edition (white box) packaging. Although the mainline figures included in wave 2 are unknown, I believe that Zeb Orrelios (Deluxe), Imperial Remnant Snowtrooper and Embo will be part of it and have First Edition counterparts exclusive to Target and Walmart in the U.S. The other two figures in the wave are still anyone’s guess.

Until then, we will continue researching and speculating. This is the way.

Tom Spina’s team at Regal Robot have crafted aliens for Disney+ shows and commercials for years. These talented FX artists are now producing a 1:1 bust of Ponda Baba (Walrus Man to the old-school fans) that’s scanned right from the original mask used in the film! At nearly 24” tall, this massive bust will become an immediate stand-out piece for collectors.

This highly limited edition of just 150 busts also comes with a plaque signed by legendary, Oscar Award-winning sound designer, Ben Burtt, who crafted the creatures vocalizations for the movie by recording an actual walrus at a zoo back in 1976!
