eFX Collectibles is now taking preorders for their Convention Exclusive Death Star “High Altitude” Surface Modules Set 1.
Originally revealed in a Wave 2 case solicitation from Entertainment Earth, we now have a look at the variant card art and build-a-weapon (BAW) pack-in for the 3.75″ Kylo Ren from The Force Awakens line. Collect PZ-4CO and Goss Toowers to complete the buildable forest gear/weapon.

Jedi Temple Archives directs our attention to a new image from StarWars-Figuren that reveals an exclusive Star Wars Battlefront Shocktrooper for the 6″ Black Series line. No official details are available at this time regarding US distribution, but look for an update as more info is gathered.
Update: Order Sixty Six Toys in the UK currently has this for preorder and they give a look at the packaging as well.

WDW News Today is reporting a rumor that popular annual event, Star Wars Weekends, is retiring in 2016.
Star Wars Weekends has been perhaps the most popular annual event in the history of Walt Disney World since it was introduced in 1997, so much so that it became an annual event in the early 2000’s at the then Disney-MGM Studios. Well, after 16 fantastic events, it seems Star Wars Weekends is being shelved in 2016.
We are one week past Force Friday, but the aisles look like the week before. The desired product is virtually wiped out with only drips and drabs of stock replenishment taking place. To add further insult to injury, Kmart set many collectors up for failure in trying to obtain their exclusive 6″ Kylo Ren by launching a very early Sunday morning preorder. Is there hope for the modern day collector in this environment? We also discuss some of the latest product reveals from figures and vehicles to more exclusives. Kmart is now taking preorders for their exclusive 6″ Black Series Kylo Ren (Starkiller Base). Shipping is set for November 8.
It looks like the next wave of 6″ Black Series figures is up for order on Amazon.com. Click on through to get your Guavian Enforcer, Poe Dameron, Captain Phasma and Constable Zuvio.
