Collector frustration continues to rise, so we’re going to start throwing some new ideas toward Hasbro in the forums, and we’re starting things off with a bit of a rant with how they’ve handled Movie Heroes so far this year and how it could have been handled better.

We are only a few days away from Toy Fair 2012 and as we prep to bring you on-site coverage again this year – myself included YIPPEE! – we would like to pass on any burning questions or concerns you may have to the Hasbro team. Yakface is proud to announce a tribute to a friend of the community who passed away last summer – a multi-site customizing contest that was in the works by a collector know around the forums as MercuryArtStudios. We were shocked and saddened last summer when he tragically lost his life in a car accident.
Mike Martinez left behind a great following in the customizing community and touched a lot of people. In his memory, we wanted to see through an Evolution style themed customizing contest that he had been planning – so we have teamed up with two other sites to make this happen. We are proud to have teamed up with Echo Base News and Imperial Shipyards to host this customizing event.
