Are These Worth $12.99 Each?

Volkerc has posted another batch of Hasbro goodies at starwars-figuren.com, which really show that the last SA figures before the new launch this Fall have gotten back to the awesome TVC quality of figures that Hasbro is capable of.

Our friends at MakingStarWars.net have posted their transcription of their QnA rundown with Hasbro from Celebration Anaheim. We’ve included a nice little excerpt regarding the Black Series line below

Q:  The Black Series line, as it is, is it continuing on to 2016 and beyond?

A: Yeah we have no plans to stop Black Series.  It’s doing really well for us.  We revealed the new Fall 2015 line look.  It’s moving forward.  We’ve had a lot of fans ask about Vintage and Droid Factory, both things we definitely want to get back to in the future but Black Series in terms of our pinnacle figure expression, that’s what it is and that’s how it’s continuing.

Hot Toys Reveals 1:6 Scale MMS Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia (A New Hope)

Images have been recently published via Sideshow Freaks showing the imminent announcement of 1:6 scale Movie Masterpiece Series  Luke Skywalker (A New Hope) and Princess Leia Organa figures. My guess is that they will be available individually or as a two-pack with an exclusive accessory of some sort. The next installment in the Star Wars series from Marvel is now available via your local comic book store. You can also purchase and download the digital version through Marvel’s Digital Comic Shop.

The greatest space adventure of all time continues! Luke Skywalker is not a Jedi, not yet, at least. He’s only ever met one Jedi in his life…and he died. So, Luke’s quest leads him back to Obi-Wan’s hut on Tatooine.
