PROS: The overall look of the figure is quite good as the ornate deco is applied very well for a figure of this scale, especially the helmet. The sculpt for the helmet is can easily pass for a figure from the “realistic” non-Clone Wars line which might lend itself well to customizers.
CONS: The lack of wrist and leg articulation (ankles and knees) hurt the dynamic posing options of the figure. The blue color of the armor doesn’t quite match the on-screen character model, which is more gray. Some of the armor detailing (namely the intergrated commlink on the forearm) isn’t accurate as it should be on the other arm. No removable helmet.

Dave Filoni has revealed a special season 5 teaser image today on facebook in honor of the smashing success of The Avengers.
On behalf of the Clone Wars crew, we would like to congratulate Marvel Studios and Joss Whedon on the incredible release of The Avengers. We’re also very proud of the team at ILM who made the effects and action scenes beyond spectacular. There are many fans of Marvel comics on the Clone Wars crew, and the biggest fan of all has to be episodic director Steward Lee. Knowing what a fan he is, I sketched up a special Clone Commander for an upcoming episode of Season 5. Clone Commander Thorn is obviously our homage to “Thor, the god of thunder.” Commander Thorn even carries a Z-6 blaster canon named “the Hammer.” Enjoy this sneak peak at a new clone from Season 5.
Head on over for a closer look! Let’s hope that Hasbro follows suit and releases this cool crossover figure!
Our friends at Sandtroopers.com have posted the first look at an upcoming Sith-centric battle pack! Head on over for packaged and loose shots of the Target Exclusive Darth Maul Returns set featuring post-op Darth Maul, Savage Opress (Armored) and a Nightsister (not Mother Talzin).

PROS: A solid figure in the fact that it has a good sculpt and the episode specific deco looks great. It has all the necessary articulation – save for the legs of course. I hope will see a reissue of this figure someday perhaps with the missing members of Domino Squad.
CONS: In an era of more action feature heavy figures, Hasbro confoundingly left out the second set of missile launchers that were present with prior releases of this figure.

An interesting image showed up on StarWars.com today of what looks to be an animated version of the Classic Boba Fett. It looks like Boba’s transformation to the iconic armor will turn up in the Clone Wars for season 5! Head on over for a closer look and be sure to check out their new Celebration VI announcements.
UPDATE: It appears that the cat was let out of the bag a bit prematurely as the Official Site has removed the image an replaced the animated version with one from The Empire Strikes Back. Thanks to our friends at JediNews for the tip.
PROS: This all-new Ahsoka is a fantastically sculpted figure with an excellent likeness to her more “grown up” look in Season 4 and the overall paint deco is top notch with little to no bleed over – a least on my example. The scuba accessories work well with the figure despite the inability to display her in any discernible swimming poses.
CONS: Sadly, the lack of articulation in the legs really hurts this figure from being anything other than a nice mini Ahsoka statuary.
