The Mandalorian: S1 E2 (Spoiler Thread)

Episode 2 of the Mandalorian is now available for streaming and download from Disney+. Despite its shorter runtime, the story seems tighter than the first and was even more entertaining for me. The description for this episode reads:

Target in-hand, The Mandalorian must now contend with scavengers.

And boy, does he. Click on through to weigh in with your thoughts on this chapter of the series.

New Outland TIE Fighter from The Mandalorian

Recently, several new clothing items have popped up via various retailers (Amazon, Macy’s, Kohl’s, Her Universe etc.) which share a lot of the same key art for The Mandalorian. One in particular seems to have not gotten much fanfare is a new Outland TIE Fighter which looks to have collapsable wings for landing. It will be interesting to see how this features in series and if we’ll get one in toy form, in any scale, any time soon.

Triple Force Friday Global Livestream

Soon, we will officially get to see the merchandise slated for release in one week for Triple Force Friday. Feel free to watch along above and leave a comment regarding the new reveals and confirmations of our previous reports. This is NOT an open forum to bash or complain about the films, Disney, Lucasfilm or their employees. It is about the enjoyment of Star Wars and the products released for it that span the saga. Enjoy and may the Force be with you (and your wallets).

New Lucasfilm Animation Logo

On my morning searchings today, I noticed that Lucasfilm has registered a new Lucasfilm Animation logo last week that cleverly incorporates a clone trooper helmet into the design. Two listings are associated with this filing:

88605560 G & S:  Entertainment services in the field of film and television, namely, the creation, production of films, videos, animation, and computer generated images; animation production services

88605539 G & S: Pre-recorded CD-ROMs, compact discs, and DVDs and downloadable audiovisual files featuring pre-recorded films, animation, games, music, computer game software and video game software; downloadable interactive entertainment software for playing computer games and video games; video game software and manuals sold as a unit; interactive video game programs; interactive computer game programs featuring science fiction, action, adventure, animation, drama, or music; interactive multimedia software; interactive multimedia game software

With the return of the Clone Wars in February, prepare to see a lot more clone-related tie-ins/merchandise in the coming year.
