Although still officially unannounced, the new Vintage Collection Darth Vader (The Dark Times) figure from Obi-Wan Kenobi has surfaced at retail in New Zealand. It is unknown how much of this figure is “new’, but this version does come with 2 swappable hands! Maybe he will be announced tomorrow for Obi-Wan Wednesdays?

A new case listing from DiecastCompany.nl shows a breakdown of new Star Wars Character Cars for The Mandalorian and The Bad Batch. We got our first look at the concept for “The Child” character car this year at SDCC@Home but this assortment also confirms a character car for Cara Dune (from The Mandalorian) plus Wrecker from The Bad Batch. Will the Huckleberry car be a reissue of the previous version(s) or a shiny Beskar version with new tooling?
Thanks to the Star Wars Hot Wheels Collectors group on Facebook for the heads up.
Tomorrow at 12PM ET, Hasbro Pulse will be livestreaming new product reveals and preorder info for new Black Series and Vintage Collection products. If you’ve been following our rumor reports over the past couple months, there won’t be too many surprises, if any.
Star Wars The Vintage Collection Facebook Group member Jason C. reports finding the upcoming Triple Force Friday wave of Vintage Collection figures at Walmart in Canada. There are errors and then there are errors. This one may be one of the best ones so far in terms of its uniqueness. Collector William M. from the We Backed the Barge Facebook group posted this amazing sample featuring the exclusive Yak Face affixed to the card, bubble and all, upside down. Congrats, that’s a keeper!
The first barge orders have started to arrive to collectors. Frank L. posted a few shots on Facebook but one of note has already sparked some discussion. There is no styrofoam corners in inside the box to prevent the Barge’s gorgeous box from damage. I suspect a few horror stories will be shared as a result of this.
