Word is that Hasbro will be officially announcing/launching several new preorders tomorrow for the Black Series line and, if my count is accurate, it could be more than a dozen products. Hasbro Pulse did mention a few weeks ago via a comment on Instagram that the wave with The Mandalorian in Beskar Armor would be available for order on May 28. One could assume that the entire wave will be available (and then some).
The question is, will there be any major surprises? I can think of one and it’s long overdue.
Hunting through some overseas shipping info shows that the 6″ Black Series Han Solo in Carbonite figure is currently on the way to the U.S.. Judging by the destination, this shipment looks to be headed toward the East Coast for the orders placed through Hasbro Pulse.
Hasbro Pulse has stepped up and opened preorders for the (former) Amazon exclusive Carbonized Darth Vader, Han Solo in Carbonite, and 4-LOM & Zuckuss two pack. Limit 1 each.
Tomorrow at 12PM ET, Hasbro Pulse will be livestreaming new product reveals and preorder info for new Black Series and Vintage Collection products. If you’ve been following our rumor reports over the past couple months, there won’t be too many surprises, if any.
May 1 at 12pm ET, Hasbro will have their first ever Fan First Friday livestream event on Hasbro Pulse Facebook. They will be sharing news about your favorite SW figure lines. Plus, there might be a couple preorders as well.
We received word this morning from several followers that some accounts with existing open preorders have been changed to “cancelled” status without sending out email notifications of the changes. Hasbro Pulse customer service is aware of the issue and has said that it is a technical issue and the orders are still open and not cancelled.

If you didn’t follow Hasbro’s other Toy Fair presentations (namely Marvel), you many have missed that they are producing army builder Hydra Troopers for their Marvel Legends line as a Hasbro Pulse exclusive. These figures come with a weaopn in a sealed baggie and packed in a window-less box for only $14.99 each. When word of this came out, I thought the Black Series line could use something similar for stormtroopers and clones. Above is an example of this concept which I hope Hasbro has in the works, or at least something like it.
