Despite The Acolyte being cancelled in terms of getting a second season, let’s hope that we still get one of the best parts of the series by releasing the The Stranger figures in The Black Series, Vintage Collection and Retro Collection scales.
Now before the pitchforks come out and the disparaging comments get underway, I will simply say there were aspects of the show I personally really liked and aspects I really disliked. The same was true for the other Disney Plus series, the Sequels, the Prequels and even the Original Trilogy and the things I liked/disliked evolved over time. Hasbro has revealed “new” Black Series and Vintage Collection figures today. New is very loosely used as these are all reusing existing sculpts. TBS Darth Maul is a de-robed version from the GameStop exclusive 3 pack, TBS K-2SO is a slight redeco from the previous releases this time for Andor and the TVC K-2SO is also a slight redeco from previous on a new cardback for Andor.
These are all mainline releases and will be available for preorder tomorrow (Aug. 13) at 1pm ET.
