Here is the Target info for the upcoming Vintage Collection Nevarro Cantina Playset (with Death Trooper) from The Mandalorian. There is currently no ETA for this item nor are there any on the way to stores but it does show in their system as evidenced by the DPCI and TCIN info above (which are now in our Master List).
Today, I received info on 3 new code names and from what I’m told they correlate to 3 upcoming Target Exclusive Lucasfilm 50th Anniversary Vintage Collection figures to commemorate the Star Wars Droids animated series. The 3 code names are as follows:
“Aquarius” – Boba Fett
“Pisces” – C-3PO
“Taurus” – R2-D2
It can be assumed that these will be redecos of existing molds and be carded on the TVC style card back with animated art from the cartoon used as the “film out” (like the Walmart Exclusive TVC Clone Wars figures). These figures retail for $15.99 each but it is unknown when they will be available for preorder or in-stores.

To clarify, these figures ARE NOT the “Periwinkle”, “Violet” and “Mauve” TVC figures we erroreously hinted at yesterday. These purple tinted codes tie to 3 different figures altogether. : )
It sounds like we can expect another wave of 3.75″ Retro Collection figures in the coming months. No word (officially), but with the richness of characters who debuted in season 2, that is probably a good bet.
A couple months ago, we reported on the discovery of an exclusive Vintage Collection figure listing at Target, code named “Periwinkle“. Additional searching has turned up two more with code names “Violet” and “Mauve“. All 3 of these have unique in-store DPCIs and retail for $13.99 each. There is currently no street date or expected arrival listed. I have heard rumblings of who these figures are but I am waiting for additional info to confirm them definitively. Stay tuned.

It appears that there is at least one more Retro Collection item planned for this year. A search last night turned up results for an item called “SW RETRO BLACKBOARD” and it’s currently shipping to the U.S.. As you may recall, the recent Target exclusive Prototype Edition Boba Fett has the code name “SW RETRO CHALK” – it is unknown if this is a figure or other item like the previous games with a figure pack-in. Maybe we’ll hear about it tomorrow at Hasbro Fan First Wednesday.
