Hallmark has officially revealed their Hallmark Keepsake Ornaments for 2012. This year’s batch includes: TIE Interceptor, General Grievous, Han Solo on Tauntaun, Darth Maul, (all available this July) and motion activated Darth Vader “Peekbuster” available this October. Also available are 2 additional LEGO themed ornaments: Imperial Stormtrooper and Darth Vader available in October and November respectively.

Our friends at Imperial Holocron have posted via Twitter that they found an assortment tray of polybagged LEGO mini sets at Walmart. These sets include a standard TIE Fighter, Republic Cruiser, Star Destroyer and STAP with Battle Droid. Click the pic above for a closer look and thanks to Imperial Holocron for the tip.
Sideshow Collectibles has announced that they will soon be distributing LEGO sets. Whether that means all basic retail sets or the large, just the high-end, Collector Series sets has yet to be revealed but this is great news for LEGO fans looking for alternate ways to get their “brick fix”.
This past Sunday the Toy Man Toy Show was held in St. Louis and Marjorie and Arnie were on hand to report, and to shop! On this week’s podcast they discuss the new vintage and vintage vintage items they found at the con, including a Return of the Jedi pop-up book and a deleted scene Luke Skywalker figure.
