Sponsor Entertainment Earth is now taking preorders for the new Retro Collection Wave 2 from The Mandalorian. They can be ordered by the full case assortment or by each individual figure.

Lucasfilm/Disney have announced this year’s media event via StarWars.com : Bring Home the Bounty! Every Tuesday until the end of the year, brands will annnounce new products for order/preorder. Today’s reveal includes the rumored Wave 2 of the Retro Collection for The Mandalorian which includes, Ahsoka Tano, The Armorer, The Mandalorian (Beskar), Bo Katan Kryze, Imperial Death Trooper, and Boba Fett (Morak). Preorders for this (non-exclusive) assortment open tomorrow at 1pm ET.
It looks like we can expect a couple waves of Retro Collection figures for 2022 with the addition of these 12 code names to our Master List. It’s a good bet that the second wave may have to do with The Book of Boba Fett as the first is another wave for The Mandalorian
It sounds like we can expect another wave of 3.75″ Retro Collection figures in the coming months. No word (officially), but with the richness of characters who debuted in season 2, that is probably a good bet.
It appears that there is at least one more Retro Collection item planned for this year. A search last night turned up results for an item called “SW RETRO BLACKBOARD” and it’s currently shipping to the U.S.. As you may recall, the recent Target exclusive Prototype Edition Boba Fett has the code name “SW RETRO CHALK” – it is unknown if this is a figure or other item like the previous games with a figure pack-in. Maybe we’ll hear about it tomorrow at Hasbro Fan First Wednesday.
Reports are coming in of collectors finding the Target Exclusive Retro Collection Boba Fett in stores. They are register locked until July 25 be prepared to be denied a sale at checkout.
